Disgusting Service from McDonald's Vangate

I'm utterly disgust with the service I received this evening and it's not even busy. It's called a drive through for a reason and it's not the first time I've encountered a problem like this at McDonald's Vangate. We ordered a Chicken Foldover and Quater pounder meals. The guy at the window asked us to park in the parking lot he would bring our food shortly. Shortly turned into over 15 minutes waiting for our food as the cars behind us were getting their order with no hassles. So I went to go enquire and the lady at the window said to her colleagues that here is the Foldover and Quater pounder meal order. The manager just looked at me and continued with his conversation with the other staff members. I went back into the car and waited another 5 minutes until we got our food. The worst part is that I got home and it was a SPICY chicken foldover... All they do is talk a whole lot of nonsense instead of doing what they are employed to do. I'm so angry. I didn't even eat the ****** thing.
