Disgusting service from Mcdonalds

I had the worst time ordering food from Mcdonalds Krugersdorp through the Uber Eats app the poor Uber Eats driver stood there an hour and contacted me telling me no one is helping him. So i decided to go through from my house to see what was going on and when i arrived was greeted with intence aggression and nasty rude attitudes from the staff that it almost escalated into a full on fight with me and Uber Eats driver. I cant blame the Uber Eats driver at all he was extremely helpfull and supportive yet Mcdonalds still has not contact me regarding this bad service or rectified this situation. I think iys pathetic that an international company such as Mcdonalds can treat hard working family orientated customers this way yet still no communication after i have reported on all social media platforms aswell as with Uber Eats. Mcdonalds you are pathetic
