Disgusting Service from McDelivery

:Last week Friday the 02/08/2019 I ordered a meal via Mc Delivery from the Bluff branch Mc Donalds at about 18:15 for myself, my husband and my daughter , They gave me an estimated delivery of about 18:45 - 18:55 for our food to arrive at our home. Eventually it passes 19:00 pm and we are still waiting for our food, I was very patient especially with a 7 year old nagging and asking when is her food going to arrive as she was hungry. The clock hits 20:00 pm and still NO food and I am now extremely frustrated! I checked my Mcdelivery app once again and all it says is that order has been received. Eventually i decide to buy some airtime and call the call centre , I am put through to a gentleman who was at first very rude to me while i am explaining my situation to him and by this time my daughter has now fallen asleep hungry and i am now blazing with anger! The gentleman then puts me on hold for about 3-4 mins and i am praying that my airtime does not cut! He puts me through to the Mcdonalds bluff branch and a lady answers and explains that they are very busy and that she tried to call me to let me know , she then goes on to say that the driver had another order that was in another direction , so you telling me it took him over 2 hours to go and drop off another order! And to top it off she then tells me that he is only leave the store at that time which was now 20:20 to come and deliver our food! I was extremely frustrated and put the phone down on her. My husband then arrives home at about 20:30 and says that he saw the driver driving pass our home , he was obviously lost! I then had to use my airtime once again and call the branch to ask for the drivers contact number so that i could call him and give him directions. I call the driver and he tells me i must wait another 10 minutes!!! This guy then rocks up at now 21:00 pm with ice cold food and myself and my daughters drink missing! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MCDELIVERY , I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!!
