Disgusting service from Mc Donald's great North

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered on the app at 6 o'clock I have young children who need to be in bed at 7 o'clock ordered on time 8pm and Mc Donald's still not here. Haven't cooked dinner as I ordered dinner Absolutely shocked how can a order for 4 burgers take 2 hours. NEVER AGAIN!!! SIS!!!!
