Disgusting service from Mc Donald Belville South

Wandisile from Mc Donald Belvile I am very disappointed with the service we keep receiving from Mc Donald Belville, the manager is very rude and does not know how to say sorry when he is wrong, i ordered my food at exactly 12:45, until now time is 15:09 and there is no food that was delivered to us. I called the call center to complain since this specific store never answers their phone, i spoke to this manager so many times and he does not bother about my order, we had a conference call and the call center agent apologies on his behalf but he does not bother at all to apologise. On the Mc delivery it shows that my orders has been delivered but it's not. I am angry and so are all of my colleagues, i regret calling him a fool but really who would not be angry in this situation? Please its been months now we facing same problem with this store, no improvement at all. Please do something, this is the closest shop to our offices and this is heartbreaking that we are unable to order our favorite meals anymore because of their service
