Disgusting Service from Macdonalds

I'm very unhappy with the service delivery of Macdonalds. I placed an advance order online and the order code is: ***. The delivery was for 22:45 and yet I didn't received any order. Why would you state that when I placed the order.

For this I expect a free order to be delivered to 69 Lugmag Avenue Kensington 7405 by 1pm tomorrow afternoon.

You would need to fix your app as your service delivery is very poor
