Disgusting service from Lebogang the manager

I was at McDonald's at Attredgeville restaurant #***

I placed an order for chicken big Mac and the lady said they don't have a lettuce I told her on the speaker that they need to make a plan for me either give large drink,add extra cheese or patty,subtract some money from what I will pay.

She said to me I need to speak to the manager by that window where I had to pay for my meal

I told the manager and she took it as a joke. I told her I need a meal,I am hungry and in a hurry. She refused to give me a meal.

I said to her she can even write on my slip that they didn't give me lettuce so that I can get it in my next meal from any McDonald's she refused for the second time to give me a meal.

She said I can choose another meal that doesn't have a lettuce I refused cause she doesn't have right to choose what I want to eat.

I said to her can she give me that meal without lettuce then I will write an email she refused for the 3rd time to give me a meal.

I told her I want her name which is Lebogang and told her I will write an email anyway. She doesn't deserve to be in that managerial position. I asked her so you are selling people things that incomplete and you want full amount for that meal. Well lettuce is good for my health and if McDonald's said I will get it in burger then I want it.

I ended leaving that McDonald's cause I was rushing to the Reeds mall at Centurion to do my business.

I only bought McDonald's here Mall at Reeds Restaurant #***. I even spoke to the manager Lee Roy if I am not mistaken I asked him when you guys have a situation you chase the customer away he said no That manager had to do something. She needs a proper training
