Disgusting Service from a Manager

<p>Good day</p> <p>The reason for this review is due to me previously complaining to Mcdonalds more than 3 days ago and am yet to receive a response.<br />The reason for my initial complaint to McDonalds is due to the appalling service I received on Saturday(30 August 2016), if that was not bad enough of all people in the store it was the so called MANAGER. I was totally disgusted by the way I was treated.<br />A simple request turned around to me feeling like I was made a **** infront of a crowded establishment.<br />firstly all I asked was for some ketchup, upon my request I was told by the Manager that it was in the bags, that was all good and well until I was seated, at that time I realised that there was actually no ketchup in the bags. This was no problem at all because I do realise that the store was busy, I then returned to the counter to request some ketchup from the same manager who previously told me it was in the bags. As I asked the manager rep**** in a very adamant manner that it was indeed in the bags, and after me repeating myself he grabbed a handful of ketchup packets and handed it to me, at this time I was getting upset and I walked away. As I was walking back to where my family were seated a very helpful employee asked me if there was a problem, I then explained to her what had happened and requested that she accompany me to my seat so she could verify that what I was saying was indeed true and that the manager was mistaken even though he was so sure of himself.<br />This employee apologised for what had happened then accompanied me to the counter where another McDonalds employee(NOT THE MANAGER) apologised for the what had happened.<br />After all this the manager would not even have the decency to acknowledge that he was indeed mistaken and apologise for making me out to be a ****, istead he totally ignored me even standing there.<br />I am completely disgusted by this and would really reconsider visiting McDonalds again due to one of your managers having such a lack of respect for your customers.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Very Disapointed</p>
