Disgusting service delivery

I am disgusted by the service provided. I placed an order on the 25th May and I received an incorrect order from Mcdonalds. Apparently there were issues with boxes and and that is how my order my mixed up. I called and they said I was referred to Uber eats. I called Uber Eats and I was told it would be resolved the same day. Its 2 days later and still nothing. Whenever I call Uber eats I am taking around in circles and told to wait for someone to call me back since my complaint is noted. Who is going refund me on my air for all these calls I am making asking for feedback. This is disgusting to say the least to have to run around and beg for my refund. Mc donald is the one that provided an incorrect order and it seems no one wants to take accountability instead I am sent from pillar to post.
