Disgusting service

Disgusting service is an understatement, I spent over R20 000 within the past three months at McDonald's west street in Sandton. I trusted this giant food chain to supply my team with meals for three months in good faith, However we stumbled upon a huddle when we lost one of the receipts, our finance team needed the receipt to reconcile the payments however this big food chain could not provide with a reprint, I was sent to from Pillar to post by the store manager Gugu Sithole, I called the call center over 30 times trying to get this resolved as my job was on the line because of a mere receipt. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this food chain if even if it was the last food chain on earth.
