disgusting service

Good day I went to go fetch an order from Mc donalds today which i alreafy payed for. When i got my order, it was a wrong order, i ordered the online promotion for buy 1 get1 free meal and they only gave me one meal. when i started to enquire, the staff argued with me and than called the manager Zukisani. He than refused to give me what i ordered, instead they tried to explain to me that i changed the drinks but it was 2 drinks for the 2 meals. Mr. Zukisani didnt even give me a chance to explain, while i was talking, he was shouting and he was so arrogant when i asked him if he was the manager he responded: 'no, im not the manager, I AM THE MANAGER OF THIS RESTAURANT' I am so disgusted in this poor service of Mc donalds Eikestad mall. I ended up leaving the store without any food or my money back. I now payed for food i do not even have. Further more they are advertising online but their staff are clueless, i asked the staff member and she just brushed me off and continued on her tablet as if i dont exist. This is false advertising, you are paying for what is advertised for the store but if you get in store it is a whole different story.
