Disgusting Service at McDonald's Bruma

The service at McDonald's in Bruma is absolutely terrible. I literally ordered 2 ice Coffees and a mocha and I had to wait for half an hour. Half of which was spent waiting for someone to be at the McCafe station.

I find it absolutely appallong that on a busy Friday night there is no service.

When I asked how long it would be taking the one server simply said there's no one there.
