Disgusting service at Mc Donald’s

My order was ready for pick up, I stood for 20mins at the counter , waiting to hand in my slip so I can take my order. The lady at the front desk COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. She kept walking to the kitchen, then back to the front desk. The other male employee finally comes out to call out order numbers and give me my order. He didn’t even acknowledge me, he just asked my slip number then he just “threw” the food on the counter without a care in the world!
