Disgusting service and rotten food- Occupational health and safety specialist

On sunday the 28th of february we were out the whole day as our power was out. Before heading home our kids really wanted McDonald's. So we stopped at McDonald's waterkloof drive-thru. Firstly we were asked to go stop in the parking lot and wait for our food. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went inside to go ask where our food was. The lady was rude and shruged me off, walked to the back and took our food (which was standing on a table, not even on the heat rack). Packed it in a bag and handed it to me. I asked for the slip back and she refused saying they had to keep it. We got home, hungry and tired, just to discover that everything on my mcchicken burger was rotten. (We have the photos) . As a senior Occupational health and safety specialist and consultant, this is absolutely disgusting and I will be taking this further to GDARD and the department of health!
