Disgusting service and pathetic customer service

I would like to share with you the disgusting service I received from your staff in the Bridge City Mall, I went in to redeem 2000 of my points for the Watermelon McFizz and the app redeemed 2000 points x2, so when I asked the lady she said the problem is with the app, I then complained and said how is this going to be fixed she said it's not the store its the app, she then called a Sane Maphumulo who also gave me an attitude after saying the same thing that was said by the first lady, she apologized after I said the app is for Mc Donald and I am at Mc Donald so you can't say its not your problem, I had to wait for the Mc Fizz for a long time when it came it had bubbles and was not runny like a liquid it was a bit thick and had suspicious bubbles, I didn't trust them cos they came out to look at me as I was talking, they are not customer centric and the looks they gave me I felt lie a fool and they are rude, this is not way to treat a customer who is coming in to bring business no matter how am paying
