Disgusting service and no accountability

This evening I went to go buy McDonald's using the app at the Krugersdorp branch...I get there and the meal I'm looking for which was the Big Mac meal with oreo mcflurry...to my surprise is not available but there in the app..I like that I was with the employee when I was buying and witnessed it..I them showed her and even inquired as it said it ends end if Sep..I asked for a manager and it took a while before he came. I asked the lady again and she said he's coming..then there was thus guy at till talking g to her asking her what the issue was..she explained..he then asked her what did she tell me..she said nothing as I have no authority..he asked again what did she tell me..she said nothing I don't have authority..thinking I am not hearing them ..then he continued to tell her that next time she should not come call a manager for such...he showed her something on the screen and continued..I asked her again and she said..we are working on it...I wanted then the guy came Ayanda is the name..to tell me that this is an app issue and that they can't do much about it and I should look for something else to buy..I was like how is this a customer issue..fact is the meal is available on the app why should that be a problem..he blunty told me that they can't assist me and this is not even their fault as they don't have it on the register....he still confirmed that I was not the only customer who experienced this and I asked him then what must happen for this to be resolved should a customer complain first and only then something will be done..he said yes on the McDonald's site. Woe.. the audacity 😒 😤..I think more than anything I would have bought something else but it's in the attitude and knowing that nothing will be done except getting a call and they apologize...there are no punitive measures thus he was even confident to tell me to lodge a complaint. I am not impressed and utterly disappointed I left without buying anything as I was so ****ed...my family was shocked and didn't understand why I came out with no food..not the first bad experience from that same store thus I know all they do is call to apologize 💔. Not sure if I will ever buy there again and would certainly not recommend
