Disgusting service! and food!!!

Good day, Yesterday I went to McDonald’s (Mall of Africa) around 3 pm. My order being order number 245. Can we first start by discussing how it took 35 mins to prepare a salad ? I ordered a chicken salad with 2 med oranges juices. Waited 30 mins + for my order. Kept asking if it was ready and was told repeatedly that it’s not. Only when I got irritated and asked what the waiting time is did the lady give me the salad that has been ready and been sitting there. Irritated as F**k I just grabbed it and left, only to get home and the salad had no chicken 🤦🏽♀️wait, wait. AND NO FREAKEN SALAD DRESSING! I’m honestly disgusted by the service Mc Donald’s offers 🤢
