Disgusting service and food

<p>Myself and my boyfriend decided to get take outs for supper. We decided to go to Mac Donalds in Milnerton, they gave us two single meals after ordering a regular double meal and a large meal, we noticed the chips were the same and gave it back, the manager came back to us asking what the problem was with an attitude. He then corrected the meal and we were on our way. When we got home and opened the burgers we saw it was two single burgers. We were so hungry and had to drive all the way back again. When I got there I asked to speak to the manager, he then gave a brief apology and replaced the meal, frustrated as I was, I opened the meal to check it and the burger wrapper was covered in oil, I asked him how he could serve customers like this with food and oil on the out side of the wrapper and he never answered me, I then asked his to right out his full name for me and he just wrote Maxwel. I asked him to please write out his full name and he told me no I don't need it. After asking him repeatedly he told me they will know who I'm talking about because he is the only Maxwell there and he walked away from me to the back. I am a customer that is paying for the food and don't believe it was fair to waste my time, money and petrol for that type of service.</p>
