DISGUSTING SERVICE

Due to Lockdown we have decided to order McDonald's through Mr Delivery's App. I was struggling to place an order online using the app for about 45min as it kept on rejecting my card or telling me they are offline. I then phoned McDonald's Brakenhurst and no answer. it was then at 5:30. My partner then Drove to McDonald's Brakenhurst where they refused to help him. Even though he was begging just for 3 Happy meals. They were rude and not Helpful at all. He walked away without any help whatsoever and they closed.

We told our 3 kids ages 3,4 and 5 that we have a special treat for them we are getting McDonald's for the first time since this madness started... just to tell them sorry but no one was willing to assist.

I will never make use of them again.

Mr Delivery & McDonald's Brakenhurst we are so disappointed in you.. We can't even make use of Uber wats as they don't service our area and have been saying "coming soon" for more than a year now.
