Disgusting service

I placed an online order @ 17:10 today, the site said that the branch only excepts future orders. I placed the order and as per the site it said that the order would be delivered at 18:25 today. Well I called the mcdelivery call center at 18:29 to enquire regarding the order,the lady who answered told me that she would call me back but never did. 18:40 I called again this time speaking to the most ill mannered woman if ever came across who deleted the online order and told me that the branch no more delivers and that I should get in my car and go to the branch! This is the worst service ever! Convenience? What Convenience? *** my order number
