Disgusting service

Hello!

I went to mcdonalds redhill branch this evening. The drive through consultant was rude and unproffessional. I got to the pay window and enquired as to why she was talking personal issues and laughing with staff as appossed to taking my order, to which she laughed at me and said my what my bill total was. I then asked again and she still laughed at me and then pulled her face and turned away from me. At this point i asked to speak to the manager and this lady said no! I then jumped out my vehicle, walked into the store and asked ro speak to the manager. When the manager called her she still gave a very rude attitude towards me and even tried to walk away from the discussion. This is all on video footage. Is this the normal or expected service from mcdonalds? My receipt number is 1819, crew id 35- mdlalose N. I have attached a picture of my reciept.
