Disgusting service

I have never had an issue with McDonalds in my life until the recent experience i had, on sunday the 22nd November at 19:45 me and my Fiance and our daughter decided to go to McDonalds - PAN in Alexandra, our experience was rather disgusting so bad that i was embarrassed, the security lady just stood at the door and did not want to let us in, though it stated that they close at 20:00, we practically begged herto let us in, she just gave us a pathetic evil grin and just laughed off, i took up the matter with Sibusiso who happens to be the manager, since he said he will investigate and call back, to date he has not. Just wanted to bring this up, that we are being treated like animals by a bunch of bush ******s, if people dont want to work, they should just quit and let people that are willing to work, lwork, its even sad that managers are taking our queries lightly, i guess its because my money is not good enough or my value as a customer is not recognised. I have never been a fan of McDonald and the day i want to experience the food and service every one is on about, i get pathetic and worst customer service ever.
