Disgusting Service!!!

I am absolutely disgusted in the service I have just received! I attempted to purchase 2 double quarter pounder with cheese meals and pay with my card, my card was processed and the money was deducted from my account, which I confirmed on my bank statement. The machine had an issue and did not produce a slip. The horrible cashier then immediately tried to take my card again and I refused as nothing had reversed, and still hasn't. The \manager"VF Vidor proceeded to tell me it wasn't Macdonald's issue but standard banks and now thus mine and I must pay again and refused to give our food. I must go to the bank in 7 days and get a slip and if it's still there then they will give me my money back! how the hell am I supposed to eat today!!!!! She further proceeded to raise her voice at me on several occasions in public"
