Disgusting Service

I’ve had the most disappointing service tonight at McDonald's in Durban Road Cape Town. It was my birthday today and i had this craving for mc Donald’s the entire day, now usually i by pass the kuils river branch which is much closer to me, even the bellville one too because I’ve always gotten good service from the durban road, bo oakdale branch. But tonight was just something else. I ordered two big mac meals, one without gherkins but i happened to get an entire dessert dry burger, with no salad on,no sauce, no nothing! Just dry beef burgers on there. As for the other burger,it looked a few hours old not fresh at all. Asked for a fanta WITH ICE, did not get ice at all.. Its like the staff just does the opposite of what is asked from them. Worse part was finding all these disappointments out at home.. Drove 17km up17km back for this? Really mcdeez, im dissapointed! That branch won’t see me anytime soon again.
