Disgusting service

Disgusted service at McDonalds Bluff. Ordered few items in the drive through. It was quiet but I still had to wait for quite a while. When my order came, I asked them if all my items were there and they assured me it was up to date. I left and went home to my hungry children only to find that items were missing. I phoned the branch and spoke to Syasanda, who claims to be the manager. Explaining what had happened was such a mission because she just couldnt comprehend what I was saying and eventually said that I must now drive back to the store to pick up the missing order. I told her that they do have delivery services and that they should send it home but claims that only one guy was available and it will take a while to deliver. I agreed and said I will wait for it. After two hours, nothing arrived. I then called back and spoke to Khusalo who now claims to be the rightfuly manager. She too was of no help and said I must come into store at anytime. We buy food because we need it for that time and not for the next day especially if you have kids waiting for their meals. All I can say is that Mcdonalds Bluff dont care for customers but "rip them off" to make extra money by not giving the items ordered. Disgusting and Pathetic Service.
