Disgusting service

I ordered hotcakes and a chicken and egg mc****in at the drive thru, when I went to the collection window I found Patricia who took some time to give me my food. When she eventually gave me the food the hotcakes were just shoved in the paper bag on top of the mc****in and they were almost falling out. I asked her about it and asked that she pack everything nicely but still she didn't give me a paper bag. She also hadn't packed any syrup, butter or eating utensils which I had to ask for 1 by 1. I eventually had to go park and asked to speak to the Manager Paulina. When I got to work and opened the hotcakes one of them had a black plastic stuck on it and small specks of black things in them. I even took a picture.
