Disgusting Service

Today the 16th of December I decided to take my family to McDonald's for lunch. We placed our order and a happy meal. While waiting for the meal my daughter opened the toy to see it. 30 minutes went by and we still never received our meals. When I queried it at the counter, I was met by a very rude cashier. She told me I must wait because the rolls were frozen. I told her her she should have told us that so we would know why it's taking so long. She just brushed me off to help the next customer. I then called for the manager Jerry. He was absolutely defensive towards me and did not even question why my meal did not ready as yet. He was blatantly rude and aggressive towards me. I told him to please give me a refund because I could not wait and their service was disgusting. He then demanded mthat I had to pay for the toy because my daughter had opened it and all this happened I front of other customers which was very embarrassing. I couldn't believe how rude this manager was. I will definitely be posting this branch on social media
