Disgusting service!!!!!!!!

Last week I visited Macdonalds Ottery, New system self help stations. Order was place paid but no slip came out. I was then politely told due to the error I will hve to place my order again and pay again that the funds will reverse. I then I advised her my sale is not pending it went off my account. I was then told I can come in the next day with my own petrol and draw a bank statement which by the way cost R20 to get back my R94. I then said why if I can show u on my app it went off twice, why must I go pay a R20 for a bank statement nd my petrol for ur inadequate system. The manager colored guy was so condensending when I went there today, for me to leave without getting my monies. I have never experienced such bad service nd this from the manager and the assistant, yes u in a coloured area but treat ur customers with a little respect u in a service where u deal with ppl and we all not stupid.
