Disgusting Service

<p>This morning I went into the drivethru to get breakfast with my partnter, we ordered 1 mega mc****in meal and the breakfast rap. The consultant did not hear us properly and we kept on repeating ourselves. When we got to the paying point, was surprised to find 2 people there and we were asked again what we wanted, we REPEATED the order again and did not even look at the slip. When we got to the collection point, we were asked to go an wait on the other side while they were preparing our order. After 20 minutes, anothor consultant came with the wrong order which was meant to be ours. my partner and I was already annoyed by the long wait, disgusted by the fact that we mentioned so many times what we wanted but it was not done. There were to many people at the points but still could not get it right because they are busy chitchatting on their own. This is by far the worst service I have experienced at a Drivethru, not only did we wait long, but the wrong order, because we were already late, we just took whatever they did and left. I hope this get attended to because it will cause a lot of chaos.</p>
