Disgusting quality of food served.

Totally disgusted. Myself and my family were patrons at the alberton branch last night on the 27 of March 2018. I am very unhappy with the quality of the food that was served to me. I'm not one to fuss so I didn't make a scene in store but I felt something has to be done about this because I am actually a rather loyal customer and frankly enjoy McDonald's regularly. Now I always order the Mcfeast deluxe as it is my favourite but last night's was in one word disgusting. The meat was not only dry but charred. It was burnt so bad that it literally had a black crust. The bun was dry and flaky and there was none of the barbeque sauce the Mcfeast is famous for and this is really poor representation of the brand. I'm sorry I didn't take a photo to prove this but honestly I was so irritated that I simply tossed it in the garbage on the way out. I feel somebody needs to be informed so that staff can be trained in making it correctly. As a regular patron it saddens me to say I won't be having McDonald's again any time soon.
