Disgusting poor service as always McD silver Lakes

15 June 2019 12:10 27 Horrible Service from dont care staff protected by manager Kgabo. Did drive through McDonald's Silver oaks near Makro, ordered 1 med chilly cheese double and 1 medium mealMckicken Spicy Deluxe. I asked for 2x stone zero. At collection window, cashier reoeated my order but it was wrong, she tried to ask and even went to where they package orders to tell them. They gave us cokezero which i asked to be changed, only when i get home, my Mchk Spcy was still not spicy. Tried to call their landline on my receipt it didnt work, Head Office closed. Had to drive back. Asked for manager Kgabo came. Explained my story and told him he must ask them, he said it wont even help as they do it all the time, i asked why do u keep them, he said i cant fire them, I said but u must teach them is wring, he said they dont listen, i told him call them I will tell them and i demand my R50 petrol, so it teaches them a lesson, he refused. I wrote a note on my receipt and i asked him to sign, i left my order there and they still owe me my R79.80. I want my money they can keep their unhealthy food and useless staff.
