Disgusting no empathy for supporters
<p>On Saturday night i decided to treat my kids to order McDonald's which as single mom don't get to do often</p> <p>I purchased online and paid by card the payment went through for R274 nedbank card. I went back online to track order I did not find a order. I phoned mcdelivery to enquirer they tell me my order cancelled I told them how the heck how can I pay then order cancelled it's my kids supper. No help from lady I asked to speak to manager Mandla came on line as a superior. He told me exact same thing and i must wait 3 days for refund I was distraught I had no supper for kids and it was my last money I explained this to him he said he can't do anything I must</p> <p>Where the logic when u want to buy u pay before food arrives but when there a stuff up you must wait three days I explained I don't want the refund I want my food so my kids can eat he can't make that decision - so what's the use of been a superior - common sense phone the outlet let them deliver my food and the logistics you guys can sort out Monday - cause now finance dept not working weekends he tells me managers don't work weekends so McDonald's comes to a halt and we that support McDonalds cause of kids must wait . He was obnoxious telling me I don't understand when I very well do. COMPLY AND COMPLAIN LATER that's the motto he should have followed but no one no one pursued for customer satisfaction in something that was not my fault.</p> <p>This is theft and ***** I told him and I will phone the police I want my kids to have supper still not even budge or ask can he phone someone to get authority nothing</p> <p>My kids went to bed with bread tonight after looking forward to a treat and I paid R274 and got nothing till now</p> <p>I will take this matter further how do you employ superiors if they can't make a decision for a R274 which is a drop in the ocean for you guys but to us single mothers it's hard earned money.</p> <p>I will post this on hello peter and the internet name and shame .
