DISGUSTING MCDONALD'S VANGATE

For the past year I really appreciated the fact that we had a nearby McDonald's! The service was excellent... staff helpful and food always up to standard. But for the past 3 months its been absolutely disgusting.

End of December 2022- We go for a meal with a total of 4 toddlers, 1 pregnant woman and two other adult... the place is in total dissary. We wait at least an hour for our food. It's hot.. it's filthy... not a single server apologizes.

End of Jan 2023- Nothing seems to have changed since the last time. Orders are half done, yet again the staff are unhelpful. Infact.. it appears now everyone has developed an attitude. You see staff strolling at the back having jolly good laughs! At least 50 people waiting for food!

Today- Now this ****es me off... the last two visits I can admit, the place was packed. But today not so much. Firstly, as a paying customer I think at the very least one should be treated with urgency. Why are the staff strolling around? Why are we still recieving half orders? Why has the level of customer service dropped to this extent. Staff are rude.. the food is no longer good. The place is dirty. I implore you McDonald's, do a survey in this region and see how many people are happy with the service. Because honestly, whenever I'm in there... all i hear is complaints. So I am taking one for the team and writing this very angry review. I have spent so much money at that very branch over the past year. Sies man
