Disgusting McDonalds

i was at McDonalds Vanderbijlpark and i will NEVER set foot in that disgusting place ever again, they dont even deserve a 1star rating! Staff are extremely rude and very unfriendly. Place is Super dirty! 1st i placed my order most items was out of stock, then when we simply asked how long the order will take to be prepared we were told i dont know😲 then when we were called to collect the order we were told you must wait we are not done, but why call us then? Okay so we stood at the counter and waited, so we could see part of the kitchen🤢🤢 food all over the floor papers and packaging all over the floor it was disgusting, then i was told we dont have the tall cups so you will get two small cups, lile okay i am not okay with that??? Shouldn't you be informed of this? They should have atleast told me that you have an option to cancel the coffee and purchase a small or get something else atleast, then i was given NO SUGAR with the two cups🙄🙄 so there goes my money i hate coffee with no sugar, so after all that i asked for a girl toy and a boy toy, when ordering only to be informed on our way out that your son will get a girl toy we dont have boy toys for him😠😠 then opened the naco chips hoping the food will atleast make up for the disgusting service and dirty place, surprise lol it was a box full of mayo couldn't even see the cheese or the chips just mayo everywhere, burgers was Icecold 🙁🙁 no condiments, no sugar, no service, everything was a huge disaster and a disgrace to the McDonald's name honestly i have never in my life experienced this bad service, we wasted money on the food honestly, kids was soo unhappy, i lile taking them to places, and i sure as hell will never in my life take them to McDonald's ever again!
