Disgusting hygiene, n staff that don't care

What a horrible experience. I visited McDonald's halfway house in midrand on a Sunday afternoon and granted the queues were long but the service left much to be desired.

I took pictures just to show how packed it was, yet the front counter was unattended, people needed help with the self service ordering and had to keep yelling at kitchen staff to call someone who (surprise surprise) didn't come out until much later. Myself included.

I waited close to 50 minutes for 2 happy meals. No body communicated anything regarding why we had to wait so long (there was no body to ask, the only time we saw a member of staff was to bring someone else's order n go back)

I also took pictures of how dirty the kitchen was with packaging and food all over the floor. Clearly hygiene is not very high on their list of priorities n i had to feed this to my kids!???
