Disgusting Hygiene

Took our 80yr old grandmother to the McDonalds in Kenilworth, cape town on the 12th July 2018 around 1pm. We ordered x3 Medium meals and x2 kiddies happy meals. Our grandmother used the handicapped bathroom, of which the ceiling is falling apart, the bathroom light was not working and no toilet paper. I then took her to use the female bathroom, of which was extremely dirty and low on toilet paper. My husband experienced the same problem in the men's toilet. The toilet paper was on newspaper on the floor as their was nowhere to put it. The wall urinal had a container hanging over it, Which we find extremly disgusting. We then approached the manager, who did not seem to care much. All she said was ok and walked off. Extremely disgusting and very poor hygiene.
