Disgusting food - McDonald's Sparks Road, Overport

We went to the McDonalds in Overport Durban and was so disappointed and disgusted to say the least.Firstly I ordered the sausage m ****in meal and an apple pie and another meal for my husband.I had to send the burger back firstly it was a COLD burger and the sauce was literally on top of the burger bun instead of inside it and the burger looked like it was at war with someone, our chips were cold and lets not go the apple pie which was all broken up in stuffed in the box.I asked to see the Manager,Muzi who firstly doesn't know anything about greeting his customers despite me having to greet him twice. He blamed the lady in the kitchen and took away the burger and apple pie and gave me a replacement with no apology by the time I received I had lost my appetite.What a waste of money,this used to be a good store when it opened but sadly the service and food has gone down the drain.I used to be a good supporter of this store sadly I will not be coming here again.
