DISGUSTING FOOD AND SERVICE FROM BENONI MCDONALDS

I took a takeaway from McDonalds Benoni this week. The burgers were dropping wet underneath and since they had not been standing out was definitely a problem with McDonalds. I called them straight away and asked to speak to the manager. I explained what the problem was and she said that when I came to Benoni again I must just bring the SLIP and they will compensate me. The following day I went back and went in. Suddenly no one knew what I was talking about. I told her what the manager had said and she said well there are too many managers in this place. I was treated like a ********. I got bad for and terrible service. The day that I ordered my food I went through the drive thru. At the intercom the man took my order, as I proceeded to the next window I had to wait 10 minutes while the operator took order after order. Eventually I asked him if he was ever going to serve me. I am shocked and disappointed as my children used to live this McDonalds, and due to a few BAD employees we will never go back. McDonalds I suggest you look at who you employ and improve your customer services!
