Disgusting

I went to McDonald's I gave them a code from my app as I reached a certain amount of points and could redeem a big Mac and a ice cream only for them to tell me the code does not exist and to contact support I have been sending in complaints and no one has got back to it's been weeks and no one has advised why and my points has been minised this is disgusting as this is a huge franchise no one is yet to contact me
