DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CASHIER & MANAGER

The Mcdonalds in Berea Durban has the worst customer service & manager I have ever come across. Taking into consideration it was busy, it gives them no right to shout at their paying customers & dismiss their questions. As for the manager who could care less if their staff was doing their job really shows what pathetic managing s****s he has & what the franchise has. Some acknowledgement if your customer has a complaint would be appreciated, damn lie to me even not dismiss me & completely ignore what I have to say. I am completely disgusted by their service. I was given one wrong item, over charged for a different item I didn't order & the manager nor the cashier wanted to assist me would a deal I was trying to retrieve .
