DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A MANAGER!!!!!!!!

On Tuesday my 2 siblings and I used the machines to place our order. We then took a table number, there after enquired from one of the employees, if our order would be brought to our table or will we have to collect it? The lady said she will bring our food to our table, reason for asking is because the table we chose to sit at, was in a corner. So we might not see or hear when we need to collect our order.

The manager then starts calling out our number, I get up and go collect the order. When I get there I say sorry, because she has been calling out our number. I apologize and tell her well we thought our order would be brought to our table, does she not say in response "we don't have waiters here, this isn't a restaurant". And this from a manager. Couldn't she have said that to me in a polite way? If that is how a manager carries themself, I don't even wanna know how the rest of the staff carries themselves.

Anyway, as if that wasn't enough, we couldn't enjoy ourselves. It seemed as if I did a crime for asking if our food wasn't going to be brought to our table. The staff starting peeping at us. Peeping around the corner taking turns to look at us????? How is that suppose to make us comfortable to enjoy our food?

We had to get out of there fast and eat fast, as my sister has heavy anxiety, and this peeping affected her so badly, we had to go home and couldn't continue with our shopping because of 1 bad experience from a manager!!!!!!!! The branch managers name is Sheila, and this is at the Liberty Prominade Mall in Mitchell's Plain.
