Disgusting Customer Service at MCDONALD'S PLUMBSTEAD!

So after almost a week of my indicident at MCDONALD'S PLUMBSTEAD, CAPE TOWN my query/matter has still not been resolved! Is there a customer service protocol that MCDONALD'S actually follows? From manager to Area Manager to employees they have a huge lack of customer service which the manager Mashnoonah actually admitted "but they working on it" yet after a week I still have not received a call email or sms. I'm sure she's working on it. I had somewhat of a call back once after I called the manager and then only she returned my call with one ring and lucky for me I have proof of how long calls ring me being the bigger person I called back only for her to threaten me that the exact same employee also a manager Thulani Unathi will be taking me further and for a customer that has only been patient with them for things wrong on MCDONALD'S side I felt that hey... she's thinking of just getting me to back down! I further asked his lawyers details so that it can be sent to mine so that we can go ahead with whatever he thinks he can do I was told she can't provide me with that details okay that's fine then give me the contact details of your Area Manager Lambert she's also could not provide me with his again me being the better I settle for a call back to date I have not! The word frustrated does not even come to the way I feel of PLUMBSTEAD MCDONALD'S I feel to employ myself as a Manager and turn that place in to what it should be! They have no respect for eachother nor their customers they *********** in everything they do in that fast food outlet! I will not be leaving them as this because once you mess with an offspring you messing with the Mother!

My incident was Terrible I left that place last week Wendsday with tears as I could not understand how a human treats another human like the manager Thulani Unathi did the amount of disrespect he showed is beyond me and for a Manager I'm even shocked that this man is running one of the biggest fast food outlets like how? Make it make sense.

Is there anybody that can actually contact me? With a customer service etiquette.
