disgusting customer service

<p>In the drive-thru I was never asked what flavour of mcflurry I want, then I saw on the screen written orio waited there and told the lady i want an strawberry flavour she just said yes drove to payment paid the receipt came saying orio with strawberry still, drove to collect bang my mcflurry is orio with strawberry told the lady that i wanted a strawberry flavour she gladly took it to exchange it but said" they don't have a strawberry flavour is vanilla ice cream ok?" I said okay she called the black guy with a foreign tone of voice and ask him to change the order politely he rep**** by saying NXA!!! I heard him and asked him why is he saying NXA he didnt have remorse and gave me the wrong flavour still I went inside to ask him why is he saying NXA to me as a client he rep**** by saying who do I think I am i throu him with the mcflurry and told him never ever address the client like that and asked the lady to cancell my order and the assistant manager came she asked me what happened I explained and she apologised and was very polite and made me the right flavour of mcflurry. in all this its showed me that the service in K90 BOKSBURG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY DISGUSTING AND STAFF ARE FULL OF LIES, I STILL DISGUSTED ABOUT THIS AS I WASNT IN THE MOOD TO FIGHT NOR TO SCREAM ....................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
