DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

i would like to file a complaint against McDonalds in Daveyton I went there on Sunday to get a meal but the customer service I received was so bad I didn't want to take my order anymore. This is not the first time this is happening hence I am reporting it.

I want a written and verbal apology from that lady that has no customer service whatsoever. She need to be sent back to training to learn some manners and customer service

She has no idea on taking orders, she has an appalling attitude and I am very disappointed at the level of service we receive there. If they are not packing the incorrect order you are given a bad attitude.

Something Needs to be done or you will start losing more customers. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
