Disgusting contents in my meal

I am disgusted by the n1 city value centre franchise! I am in disbelief as to what I have been served. As a person who works shifts there is limited options as to what I can eat at certain times. This morning at approximately 5.12 am I ordered a Big mac meal via the drive through, the lady who addressed my order did not seem very interested in me placing my order and it took my about 4 times to get my order right, then eventually got my order and went on my way to work - when I took a bit of my burger I noticed a small piece of an insect falling out of my burger. At that point I obviously lost my appetite and felt sick to my stomach, ran to the restroom and threw up as the thought of what that bite I took contents were in it.
