Disgusting Burger with hard papers and black things inside McFizzi

I bought 3 Mc Feast Delux from McDonalds SouthGate Mall.My burgers a mess and has hard pieces of paper inside which I almost chocked on, McFizzi has black particles inside.This is disgusting it's like someone was purposely trying to kill me.
