Disgusting behaviour by driver and late delivery

I am disgusted by the delivery guy from Braamfontein McDonald, I ordered a meal the food gets delivered with some of it missing and the guy doesn't bring a speed point machine. I called their call centre to complain and a lady called Zanele assists me which she did, I was promised not to pay for the late items. The ****** driver gets here two hours later, I inform him I wont pay for the drink as his manager said I can keep it for the inconvenience from their end...he argues with me, I pay for my meal and he refuses to give me my drink as he walks away he swears at me. If this is the kind of behaviour the staff gives off then they better stop this delivery ****, I've never been so disrespected by any delivery company.<br>
