disgusting behaviour

Im so disgusted by the service i gotbi stood in a que for 10mins then a guy walked in nd he gets served while we waiting to be served when i asked hows that possible the guy jusy looked at me and carried on serving the car no apology nothing.. there was no manager to assist with the problem i ended going to buy food elsewhere.
