Disgusting attitude of mall@reds mcdonalds staff

Mcdonalds mall@reds in centurion will never see me again - i enjoy my pickles on a burger - when i place an order for a big mac with extra pickles i expect to get what i order and if something is out of stock i expect the person taking my order to let me know. Not at mall@reds - when i get to the window to receive my order i ask if they put extra pickles on like i asked - i am told that they dont have pickles - i say i then dont want my order and would like a refund --- now comes the good part ------ The lady serving at the pickup window bursts out laughing and tells me the pickles are free - upon explaining to her why i no longer want my meal, ahe proceeds to tell the rest of the staff that i want to return my meal because i did not get pickles and continues to laugh at me - a joke i can handle but this was utter disrespect and therefor niether myself nor my wife will ever be going to this mcdonalds ever again
