Disgusting and pathetic service

I'm extremely sick and tired of complaining of this mc Donald's franchise in sea point ...

I told myself I was never going to buy there again , but I thought let me give them one more chance ... and I did , myself and my colleague ordered for through mr D delivery her order was correct but mine was definitely what I did not order, called directly to mc Donald's in sea point they didn't answer for the first 6 times , after the seventh time evently somebody answered couldn't get what I wanted which was not a refund but my proper order I asked for a manager , and he told me that I had to come and collect the food myself and they didn't have and drivers . So me being passed ****ed off already I got so upset so I would like to know how this would be resolved as what i ordered originally was way more than what they packed and sent to me . Even tried the customer care line service the calls were engaged immediately, so if this matter doesn't get resolved immediately I will take matters further .
